Stanaledi

Stanaledi is a corporate governance application that is built on the Microsoft SharePoint Online platform. Therefore all the functionality of SharePoint Online is available. There is a seamless integration between the modules in the application via hyperlinks.

It is a place to keep all the organisation's objectives in one place whilst having the means to arrange them in a cascade or hierarchy fashion. Objectives are assigned to employees and they can be evaluated periodically in the system. Objectives come with risk, therefore the application offers a place where identified risks can be housed, assessed and monitored. All controls in the form of policies and procedures can be uploaded and it can be ensured that they have been acknowledged by employees. There is also functionality for contracts to be stored and the relevant clauses and due dates monitored.

 

Whilst it would be most beneficial to use all the modules, it is not a requirement. It is alright to start with a module where the most need is.
